Setup questions

Where do I find my Google review link?

Open your Google Business Profile (search your business name on Google while signed in), choose "Ask for reviews" or "Get more reviews", and copy the link it shows. Paste it into MoreStars once.

Can I change the message later?

Yes, any time in Settings. Pick a different tone or edit your own words. Your message must include the review link and the opt-out line, and MoreStars checks both before saving.

What if I don't have a customer's phone number?

Use a QR code. Customers scan it at the counter or from a receipt and land on the same review page. QR scans don't use any of your texts.

Do texts go out at a set time?

They go out when you press send. Texts triggered by Square, Shopify, WooCommerce or Stripe go out about 30 seconds after payment.

What counts as a text?

Each review request you send by text uses one of your texts: 5 during the trial, 1,000 a month on the plan. QR scans never use texts. You get one QR code you can print and scan as often as you like.
